The Hi-Star 48 Sundeck was a popular and reasonably-priced boat during her production years.
Inside, the Hi-Star 48 has an all-teak interior, and lots of living space and storage. There are two staterooms, one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with bunk beds.
The galley is down, with lots of space, and features a 3-burner stovetop and oven, a microwave, a double sink in the galley, a refrigerator, and a separate ice-maker.
There's also a wet bar above the galley, in the main salon area, along with a dinette table and chairs, and a sofa-sleeper. The seller installed LED lights in the main salon.
There are two heads, connected by a separate shower.
Outside, the wide side decks provide easy access to the large foredeck (which comes with soft chairs and a full pad for lounging. Additional features include a hardtop, molded bow pulpit, aft deck wet bar, and a large, easy-to-access engine room.
This vessel also comes with many spare parts, too many to list, including a spare motor for parts.
This vessel performs well with the standard 375 HP Cats, cruising at about 18 to 19 MPH, burning about 15 gallons per hour at cruising. Top speed is about 25 MPH.
