1994 Island Packet CAT 35 with twin Yanmar inboard diesels. 27 HP each.

Yes, the Yanmars are freshwater cooled engines.

Delightful interior spaces. Step down into the center saloon area. There is a generous lounge. The dining table stows folded against the starboard bulkhead.

Here is a cool detail: A convenient serving window to allow food to be passed to the cockpit.

The boat has so much light from the generous sized hatches and abundant portholes.

Note the galley is part of the main pod - no squeezing into one of the hulls to bend and reach for pots and pans. And, the cook remains part of the conversation.

It's a perfect layout for two couples. There is no master stateroom. Both queen berths have hanging lockers and private heads with full standing showers.

Every area of the interior makes use of space for storage.

The twin Yanmars are easily accessed through both heads.

Custom dinghy davits and arch were installed by the previous owner.

No dinghy - just the davits for one.
